Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups of basmati rice


  • 2 bay leaves


  • 2 taps of grated ginger


  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice


  • 2 chopped green chillies


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil


  • 2 boiled eggs

Directions

  • Boil rice in a cooker with bay leaves and salt .
  • In a pan, add the oil and all the ingredients with the rice.
  • Cut the eggs into four long pieces each. Deep fry in hot oil and add to the rice.
